i have an 06 325i my sons car. brought the car in for service on 12/29/13 because it was shaking.\r they called me and said air mass meter needs to be replaced and it will cost $483.45 for parts and $417.50 for 2.5 hours labor to install the meter for total of $900(he said it actually costs $1000 but they discount it to 900). i told them 900 is way to much for this job so they charged me $167 to diagnose the problem. i bought a german made air mass meter for $225 and had it installed at ramis auto (he unscrewed 2 screws, dropped in the part and screwed it back in. took him 3 minutes. i started the car and its still shaking. i go back to bmw and tell them they misdiagnosed the problem. steve says maybe its not a bmw part or maybe the car wasnt programmed. he says ""let me check it and if the part was wrong or installed wrong we will charge you to fix it"" i say ok.....after about an hour steve comes to me and says "" the part was installed right and was working right but the shaking is from cylinder 3 that is misfiring and that can be numerous problems"". i tell him that they tried charging me 900 for something that didnt need to be done and i want them to give me my money back and money i spent on a meter that didnt have to be replaced. he said that the service code showed the meter needs to be replaced and the dealership manager is not willing to do anything for me. \r my problem with dealership\r 1. plug in computer and see service code- took 5 minutes charge $167.00 \r 2. wrong diagnosis (car still shaking)\r 3. wanting to charge me 2.5 hours labor to unscrew 2 screws (right on top in plain view and no obstructions to get to air mass meter which is about a 6 inch by 6 inch tiny plastic part).\r Steve was a nice guy but i feel very angry at bmw. \r ps... my daughter turns 16 in january and i promised to buy her a BMW (like i did for my son on his 16 birthday). i informed my daughter that there is no way she gets a bmw now and i will never ever deal with bmw again......... more

Center BMW has horrible customer service; the sales department is the worst that I have ever dealt with. This is the only BMW dealer in which I have had a bad experience, their dishonesty and disregard for the customer is a real disappointment. The sales manger Raul Hagen is rude, condescending and dishonest. We recently leased a new BMW from here and we are very dissatisfied with the service provided by Mr. Hagen. The sales person and lease-end manager have ignored all calls and showed no interest or respect in dealing with our concerns. Our family has been a repeat loyal BMW buyer; however we strongly discourage anyone from giving Center BMW any business. more

I has the worse experience with BMW when I was returning my bmw lease car . it took me few days to call them and no one return calls . I decide to come by and they asked me to wait for 1 hour and when I met with Mike W . He came to the car and he did inspection but once he found out I do not buy another car from them he just try to send me back to dealership where I bought it. or just leave the car on the lot and we will send to action and BMW will bill you for any damage or problems they will find later.. ? hmm so why would someone leave the car and keys so they can make damage and tell me I brought the car like that? I brought the car in to have an ipod adaptor installed, this took longer and cost more than expected. They crashed the cars computer, then gave it back with no navigation dvd. After 3 days and a lot of unreturned phone calls I was finally able to reach the service manager Dan, by calling the sales department who knew about the mistake made in service. When I picked up the dvd from my rude advisor Steve (who appears to be to busy to return a phone call), it didnt even work. Four days later and about $100 dollars in additional rental car fees I'm still stuck with a car my dog won't ride in and no answer as to when when my car will be fixed. Pros: Friendly sales dept. Absolutely Terrible Service Department!!!! 10/2/2007

Taking my car here has been the worst experience I've ever had at any car dealership. The service advisors are rude and they are either extremely incompetent or dishonest in terms of assessing work that needs to be done. If you bring your car here, you can expect it to take a very long time, not to get any updates on the status of your car, and to pay top dollar for work that might or might not be required on your car. Save yourself a headache (and a lot of money) and take your car somewhere else. Pros: Nice facility Cons: Rude and unhelpful service department more

Nothing but EMPTY PROMISES!!! 6/23/2005

Purchased a car at this dealership and one of the selling points was loaner car available with appointment for service. They forgot to mention that it takes A MONTH to get an apointment because of this I am 1500 miles over my scheduled maintenence and when my car had a dangerous problem they still couldn't service me sooner or provide a loaner car. This is not only bad customer service it doesn't make economic sense - the money they would spend on servicing the car would exceed an rental expense but their approach ""Get a rental car"". Sure, I may have gotten this BMW a little cheaper but I'm paying for it now. Next time, I will pay a little extra since I value customer service but I'll pass on another BMW.
