I has the worse experience with BMW when I was returning my bmw lease car . it took me few days to call them and no one return calls . I decide to come by and they asked me to wait for 1 hour and when I met with Mike W . He came to the car and he did inspection but once he found out I do not buy another car from them he just try to send me back to dealership where I bought it. or just leave the car on the lot and we will send to action and BMW will bill you for any damage or problems they will find later.. ? hmm so why would someone leave the car and keys so they can make damage and tell me I brought the car like that?
Pros: lease return at this location is waste of time
