Purchased a car at this dealership and one of the selling points was loaner car available with appointment for service. They forgot to mention that it takes A MONTH to get an apointment because of this I am 1500 miles over my scheduled maintenence and when my car had a dangerous problem they still couldn't service me sooner or provide a loaner car. This is not only bad customer service it doesn't make economic sense - the money they would spend on servicing the car would exceed an rental expense but their approach ""Get a rental car"". Sure, I may have gotten this BMW a little cheaper but I'm paying for it now. Next time, I will pay a little extra since I value customer service but I'll pass on another BMW.
Pros: Fair Price, Nice Selling staff
Cons: BAD service after buy, Rude Service Staff, Empty Promises
