As an Editor of California Women's Fashion and Beauty publication, I was invited by Kevin DiCerbo to experience a variety of treatments to review in our Beauty Editorial. Having tried and tested numerous treatments in the past, and experienced a wide variety of amazing med spa treatments, I was unbelievably disappointed, and quite honestly had never experienced anything as terrible as with with the treatments Kevin DiCerbo selected for me to review and the complete lack of results which followed in ALL of the procedures. \r \r The extremely poor customer service provided by Kevin DiCerbo, and Celibre staff made the experience even more shocking. Knowing that I was there to write a review, and was treated the way I was, I can only imagine how their regular clients are welcomed. Extremely unprofessional staff and overpriced services. Kevin DiCerbo even posted before and afters of my sister illegally online, breaching client confidentiality, after she wouldn't write a review on them! Stay clear! more

They were very kind, thorough, answered all my questions and did what they were supposed to do. Although I only had funds at the time for a couple of treatments, it went a long ways towards removing the spider veins, and I need a couple more for the age/sun spots. All in all, I think they rock! more

i wanna spread the word of how good they are in their line of work... i've been battling my acne problems eversince i can remember..and i found this clinic while i was doing my research via the net.. i can't tell you how hesitant i was to come in.. when i first stepped in the clinic, i felt such a relief... it was kevin who spoke to me and entertained me... (good customer service by the way..) then i did my check up with dianne.. she gave me all the possible choices i can make in regards to my acne problems.. she didn't pressure me at all and she explained everything to me.. upon starting my treatment, i had all this breakout on my face that i even left my job because i was too embarrased of my face.. i was about to give up.. i would cry a lot of times and i didn't even wanna come in for my appointments anymore thinking that all was a scam and that they were not really treating my skin problems.. but Lori was so nice.. she would contact me even afterwork hours, send me emails and that would make me feel better and i continued with the treatments.. when i come in the clinic, she would give me a hug and will say ""i hope you feel better.."" i know i wasn't, but with lori's encouragement i went on with my treatment and got the result that i wanted.. now, i get complements of how my skin gets better... you know when you're a patient, every simple thing that the staff does to you makes a great impact especially during those rough moments.. celibre medical has given me excellent patient care and the best customer service ever.. what i've always like with them is they treat you as their family... everybody is so nice, especially lori and kevin... you won't go wrong with celibre medical..:) more

I must say that my experience at Celibre has been great. My Laser hair Removal Treatments have been miraculous for me. My skin is looking smooth and defined. It feels great. I feel like they have taking ten years off of my face. The staff is wonderful, attentive and gracious, and my tecnician is fabulous!!! I suggest if your looking to try Laser Hair Removal or any skin treatment or enhancements, Celibre should be your first and only choice. Thanks Celibre I appreciate all you do. more

I came to Celibre in search of injection procedures. I did not know what I wanted or needed but knew that I could use something. Lori is the nurse that helped me decide on Restylane and Dysport. It does not seem that businesses have the ability to respond directly to reviews, but we did want to respond directly to Clare C's review. While it is true that we struggled to get Clare good results for her acne program, it is not true that she fell into the "5% that do not respond". In fact in the consultation and throughout the process we let our patients know that approximately 20% - 30% of patients do not respond to our program. And while it is a very intensive, costly investment, we are very clear with our patients about the risks involved with the financial commitment. So, while we can accept that Clare thinks the program was a waste of money, the other 70% - 80% of patients that respond well to it do not. It's important to remember (and we reinforce this with every patient) that there is NO CURE FOR ACNE, only ways to manage it. We are truly sorry that the laser program we offer did not help Clare manage her acne better and wish her luck in the future. more

Worst	treatment for acne scarring the chemical peel doesnt rid acne scars. it melts the skin and makes scarring deeper. skin stays red for a long time. it might work 4 wrinkles; but not this. do research with oth...
