Great group of folks 11/21/2013

Not only did I get an awesome job with carpet cleaning, but the employees were very pleasant. Each person I have talked with during this last round of cleaning impressed me with their friendly nature and knowledge of cleaning the carpet. The young man who came to my home was able to answer the questions I asked, whether it was high-level important or just my curiosity. Thanks folks for being a great local business. more

I've already given out cards and shown people how beautiful my carpet is now! The guy from Carr's Rug Cleaning was so friendly. I liked that he called me in to look at the difference when he had just started. The carpet was evenly dirty before, and I had no idea. more

I have been through 5 carpet cleaning companies and I am so glad that someone finally recommended a great company. I have been with Carr's for several years and they do a great job. When Dwayne is finished, I leave for about an hour and when I come back, my carpet is dry. Thank you so much Carr's! more

Highly recommend for product and for staff...totally trust them! 10/21/2013

I've used Carr's since moving to Knoxville in 2001 upon a neighbor's recommendation. Since I have always had indoor dogs, they've cleaned my carpets regularly. I have come to know and trust their technicians...who tend to stay with the company over many years...and I totally trust them in my home while I'm not there. I open my door, we chat, and then I'm off to work, letting them do their cleaning and close up the house. I've recently moved to a condominium and the previous owners had another company clean the carpets...it didn't remotely compare to the work Carr's does. I've appreciated how they educate as well...some stains and smells (mainly pet accidents) just don't go away for future pets no matter what!! Reliability and trust...it's why I will always use Carr's.... more

Wouldn't use any other service! 10/21/2013

I have used Carr's Rug Cleaning for carpet, rug, tile and hardwood floor cleaning in my home. The time and attention that they take to ensure that every detail is taken care of is refreshing. I never have to worry about whether they are going to perform the work at the highest level. I would highly recommend them. more

I would give the company 5 stars all around 10/12/2013

I was so pleased with the cleaning they did to my carpets. I had a very heavy track mark leading from the hard wood in the living room into the bedroom. Although my carpet is 11 years old they were able to renew this area better than I could have every expected. Excellent cleaning also on my steps. Very professional technician and I couldn't believe the care they took to protect other areas of my rooms from damage. more

Carr's Rug Cleaning is super. The guy that they sent, Jay, made me feel real comfortable and safe in my home. Jay was very pleasant, just a really outgoing person. We chatted and he's a super nice guy. He had actually done my son's carpet a couple of years ago, and he did a fantastic job on mine. I'm really pleased with it. I had a couple of stains in the carpet for awhile, but no more thanks to Jay. He got those spots right out. I would recommend this company to anyone. In fact, I've already recommended them to my friends. They will be the one and only carpet cleaning service that I use. more

I was very pleased with Carr's Rug Cleaning. My rugs look really good. I did think they would never get dry. Every time I took my shoes off and went barefoot, they were still wet. They were only cleaned this Monday, though, and I think maybe they're dry now. I'm starting to put things back on the rugs now. The rugs look wonderful. The young man that was here did a really good job. I loved him. They are very expensive, but when you have a good service, you have to pay for it. I'm very pleased. I stayed here the whole time and I was very pleased with how the day went and the results. They were here pretty much all day. more

We were referred to Carr's Rug Cleaning by the people who sold us our carpet several years ago. We had them do a cleaning for the first time, and we were very happy with the results. They arrived at the time they said they would. The job took no more than an hour and a half. They did a fine job with the cleaning. It was a very good experience. We have no complaints and would definitely hire them again. We highly recommend them. more

Couldn't be happier 9/18/2013

I spilled dark blue nail polish on our light beige carpeting. The bottle went flying through the air and covered about a three foot area. We were resigned to replacing the carpet but decided to see what Carr's could do for us first. I was able to get an appointment very quickly. We were also warned that they may not be able to get it all out. My husband was home for the appointment, so it was finished by the time I came home. I expected to walk in and have a light blue tint to my carpeting. I was astonished to see that the carpet looked like new. Great job and saved us the hassle of replacing the carpet. more

Outstanding service from start to finish, not only with finished product but especially with Carr's personnel. 9/16/2013

We dropped off two rugs for cleaning. One was a small one used at the front door, the other was a runner used in the hall. Over a period of years, we had a few pet mistakes occur when the animals were ill. Plus both had accumulated a fair share of walking dirt, etc. Marcia Browning and Ben (don't know last name) both indicated that Carr's would try and address the stains, but were upfront about the possibilities that they might not be able to be removed. We were in contact three times. Ms. Browning was especially helpful and Ben kept working on the rugs for a good result, despite the dire warnings. They turned out marvelously, due to Ben's concentrated efforts and Ms. Browning's gracious admonitions of patience. Outstanding team work and results for the rugs involved. more

Very, very pleased. 9/13/2013

We had a wool runner and a rug at the front door that we brought to Carr's Rug Cleaning. They had come before and cleaned my whole house--the tile and things like that. We took those rugs in and Marcia saw that we had some urine stains from our dog. She told us she wasn't sure if they could get the urine out of the wool runner. They kept that runner for about a week and a half. Ben worked on it every day. We were so excited by the end result. That wool rug came out beautifully. We are so excited to have that. They took so much time with us and they did a wonderful job. It was really caring that he would take that much time on a rug. They did a marvelous job when they came out and did the whole house as well. The granite and rugs looked so great afterwards. They took time to make sure we were satisfied. I can't tell you how much they did for us. We loved the results. more

First cleaned my living and dining room and they looked great. Cleaned mother's condo which had really gotten dirty with spills and dirt being tracked in. I didn't think they could get it clean but it looks great! more

The BEST carpet cleaning company in town! 8/17/2013

My carpets had not been cleaned in years. I had stains that I thought I would have to live with. I even told the technician Dwayne..."don't worry about getting that big black stain out." When Dwayne was finished my mouth dropped. All the stains were gone, even the big black one. All the traffic stains were gone and my carpets looked new again. I couldn't be more satisfied. more
