I was so pleased with the cleaning they did to my carpets. I had a very heavy track mark leading from the hard wood in the living room into the bedroom. Although my carpet is 11 years old they were able to renew this area better than I could have every expected. Excellent cleaning also on my steps. Very professional technician and I couldn't believe the care they took to protect other areas of my rooms from damage.
