We had a wool runner and a rug at the front door that we brought to Carr's Rug Cleaning. They had come before and cleaned my whole house--the tile and things like that. We took those rugs in and Marcia saw that we had some urine stains from our dog. She told us she wasn't sure if they could get the urine out of the wool runner.
They kept that runner for about a week and a half. Ben worked on it every day. We were so excited by the end result. That wool rug came out beautifully. We are so excited to have that. They took so much time with us and they did a wonderful job. It was really caring that he would take that much time on a rug.
They did a marvelous job when they came out and did the whole house as well. The granite and rugs looked so great afterwards. They took time to make sure we were satisfied. I can't tell you how much they did for us. We loved the results.
