The Carpet Store Incorporated is great! The service is great and they have really good follow-up. I know their price for value is the best, because I checked out the going rate for the floors I was going to get. Jim was the lowest priced, and it's very good quality products for the price. I already had hardwood floors that someone else had put in, but some of those weren't put in correctly and were buckling and others didn't even have nails in them! So I had Jim in to match the wood and then to set up an appointment for installation. He was very nice and so was his installer. This company is great! I think they are reliable, on time and back up their products and their service! more

Doug Watson managed to keep patience while I shopped for floor tile for 6 weeks! I was very confused by patterns. He allowed me to borrow endless samples. It finally "came together" and he ordered it that day. The installation team he works with is extremely hard working, careful, and expert. They don't cut corners, explain all the steps, and clean up everything. Doug's prices were exceptionally good and his attitude makes him a SuperStar in this business of so many fly-by-nighters. His word is as good as a handshake & that's rare. I am totally happy with the products, price, and worksmanship in my new 20x20 kitchen--especially Doug's idea to combine the ROman Glass 1x1 porcelain pillow inserts into 4. They sparkle in the sun and are not too bright in cremes. Everyone was prompt, polite, professional. more

My washing machine flooded my house at the end of April. It ruined vinyl, hardwood and carpet. I chose to have the whole house replaced instead of only the half that was cut out since the rest was 11 years old and needed to be anyway. I loved what I picked out in the showroom. There were so many selections. The installers were very knowledgable and professional and went above and beyond their scope. I highly recommend The Carpet Store. We went to several different places and, not only was The Carpet Store local, but we liked Jim's attitude as far as helping us and allowing us to take home samples. We had a couple of projects: a set of stairs that we were changing from carpet to hardwood and 3 rooms that we were carpeting. Everything turned out great. We made appointments and The Carpet Store showed up when they were supposed to. Jim called me back with estimates and, when the initial price for the stairs was more than what I wanted to spend, he helped me scale down the cost. The Carpet Store followed through with what they said and we were very satisfied with the results. more

I have used The Carpet Store multiple times now to install carpet and hardwood, to lay stone tile, and to repair carpet that came loose. They are conveniently located in Cumming and they always do a great job...exactly what they say they will do and when. They are good, honest people, very pleasant to work with. We had a very pleasant experience with The Carpet Store. Their selection was incredible, which was initially why we decided to use them. Jim Edwards was very nice, patient, and communicated well with us throughout the process. The Carpet Store removed our old flooring and installed wood floors and carpeting. Jim was very responsive and always called to let me know when they would be coming. When I had a concern about a problem, he ordered new materials and had it fixed without hesitation. I also appreciated that there was no pressure from The Carpet Store to place our order any sooner than we did. We first approached them in September and did not order the flooring until December.
