Review content:
We went to several different places and, not only was The Carpet Store local, but we liked Jim's attitude as far as helping us and allowing us to take home samples. We had a couple of projects: a set of stairs that we were changing from carpet to hardwood and 3 rooms that we were carpeting. Everything turned out great.
We made appointments and The Carpet Store showed up when they were supposed to. Jim called me back with estimates and, when the initial price for the stairs was more than what I wanted to spend, he helped me scale down the cost. The Carpet Store followed through with what they said and we were very satisfied with the results.
