Review content:
We had a very pleasant experience with The Carpet Store. Their selection was incredible, which was initially why we decided to use them. Jim Edwards was very nice, patient, and communicated well with us throughout the process.
The Carpet Store removed our old flooring and installed wood floors and carpeting. Jim was very responsive and always called to let me know when they would be coming. When I had a concern about a problem, he ordered new materials and had it fixed without hesitation.
I also appreciated that there was no pressure from The Carpet Store to place our order any sooner than we did. We first approached them in September and did not order the flooring until December. Jim was patient and never pushed us. He also understood our budget and offered alternatives. It was refreshing to deal with The Carpet Store, especially in this economy.
