Doug Watson managed to keep patience while I shopped for floor tile for 6 weeks! I was very confused by patterns. He allowed me to borrow endless samples. It finally "came together" and he ordered it that day. The installation team he works with is extremely hard working, careful, and expert. They don't cut corners, explain all the steps, and clean up everything. Doug's prices were exceptionally good and his attitude makes him a SuperStar in this business of so many fly-by-nighters. His word is as good as a handshake & that's rare. I am totally happy with the products, price, and worksmanship in my new 20x20 kitchen--especially Doug's idea to combine the ROman Glass 1x1 porcelain pillow inserts into 4. They sparkle in the sun and are not too bright in cremes. Everyone was prompt, polite, professional.
