The Carpet Store Incorporated is great! The service is great and they have really good follow-up. I know their price for value is the best, because I checked out the going rate for the floors I was going to get. Jim was the lowest priced, and it's very good quality products for the price.
I already had hardwood floors that someone else had put in, but some of those weren't put in correctly and were buckling and others didn't even have nails in them! So I had Jim in to match the wood and then to set up an appointment for installation. He was very nice and so was his installer. This company is great! I think they are reliable, on time and back up their products and their service!
