We purchased 1200 sq ft if time from Carpet Source, the experience was smooth and easy. We have a route job that has us all iver the city. Don brought us samples afrer an interview to find out what our needs were. He brought 4 samples 3 of them were close, but the 4th was perfect, he listened to us and made it very easy for us to purchase a high quality beautiful tile. I have actually used Carpet Source a couple of times, and each time, they have done a great job. The first time I hired them, I was really impressed. They came out and got the job taken care of at a very reasonable price--you can't ask for more than that! The second time around, I had moved, and I was getting a house full of carpet. Again, they came in and got everything taken care of at a fair price. The workers always cleaned up as they went along and were very professional. Great consultation and scheduling. The carpet install looked great but the sheet vinyl install didn't look the best. Gaps were present near the wall and cuts were uneven. I let them know about the issue and am currently waiting for a follow up. They were quick to call regarding payments but slow to call regarding issue. Besides that I liked the service. When I needed some new carpeting for my home, I contacted Carpet Source. They did a good job! The sales representative I worked with was really knowledgeable and nice! He gave some great recommendations. He made sure to answer all of my questions. When it came to installation, the installers were great! They were very friendly and worked efficiently. If your looking for excellent customer service, quick installation, & professionalism, then Carpet Source is your place. I had been dealing with the big box stores and the service was horrible, it was gonna take 2 weeks to get someone to come to my house to measure, then I would have to go back to the store and pick a carpet, wait 2-4 weeks for delivery, then schedule the installation which would be an additional 2-4 weeks, it was very frustrating. A friend recommended Carpet Source, I phoned and was able to schedule a measurement the next day, their representative came to my house the next day with carpet samples, I picked a carpet that was in-stock, and was able to have installation the next day. In the middle of our recent remodel, we contacted Carpet Source to help us install some carpet. They worked with us through our remodel process, so that we could complete everything in stages. They even held the carpet at the warehouse for us. Throughout the process, everyone was great. We worked with Don directly, and he spent a lot of time with us. The workers were courteous and helpful. The carpet was also installed quickly; it was a very efficient process. The only drawback is that we had a rather large extra piece leftover, for which we paid and have no use. Regardless, we love the new carpet! I bought this carpet in February 2013 and then got very sick. I never had the carpet replaced. Don never suggested I pay more when I was finally well enough to have the work done. I can't say that about any of the other companies I had to put on hold while I recovered. First class, make the customer happy, company. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Since we had dealt with Don Lovato before I called him again ! So far am really happy with the carpet--but I would have appreciated it so much if they had paid more attention to my wood in the house! Trying to cover it up with polish, but got alot to get done---and kind of hard to get down on my knees since I am an old lady!!!! Maybe the boys will be able to not have to move so fast!! Beginning with manager/estimators all associates are courteous and helpful displaying patience and consideration. Installers were efficient, personable and they did a wonderful job. I love the carpet and the soft thick padding and I appreciate the all in one pricing. It was so nice to have the samples brought to my home thereby avoiding the hassle of going back and forth to stores for samples. This company will definitely receive my recommendation. I am quite happy with how my experience at Carpet Source went. What I liked the most about their service is that I didn't have to make too many decisions when it came to getting the carpet. The worker from Carpet Source came out and showed us all the products that they had within our price range, and recommended a few different colors that they thought would work well in our home. The quality of the carpet itself is great, and we haven't had any issues with it since the install. I would definitely use them again, and I highly recommend their services! I am quite happy with the work I had done from Carpet Source. I had them come out to do some new carpeting, as well as tilework on our fireplace. The carpet work was done quickly and easily, but the tilework ended up taking 5 days to complete instead of the 1 due to complications, but they didn't charge me any extra for the extra time, and the work was done very well. I will definitely use them again if needed, and I highly recommend their services! more
