I bought this carpet in February 2013 and then got very sick. I never had the carpet replaced. Don never suggested I pay more when I was finally well enough to have the work done. I can't say that about any of the other companies I had to put on hold while I recovered. First class, make the customer happy, company. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
