Excellent place to go buy and install carpet. Install team came in and did an excellent job until it came to put the closet sliding doors back up. they were all jacked up! I had to readjust the doors and the stopper for to prevent door from swinging out were so bad doors would not open or close. more

We needed just one small space of carpet replaced due to pet stains. They came quickly to give a quote and were super professional and friendly. They had just what we needed and the install quick as well. We would recommend this company and would use them again! more

I would recommend Carpet Source based on my experience because I didn't have any issues and everything worked out. I actually had no interaction with Carpet Source because it was for an insurance claim, so I didn't see the house or the finished product. But I give them four stars because you can't give someone a five who you haven't seen. They did the work in a timely way, and I would give them five stars for that. more

We received four bids for hardwood and tile. Carpet Source was right in the middle in terms of price. The total of all four estimates was only separated by $650 on a $14,000 job. Tim was very honest. He told me that while their materials were often the lowest price, their installation labor was not, but that their installers were better. I asked to see some references and photos of completed work. I must say, that the happy customers and photographs did not do my job any justice. I am extremely happy with the products, the pricing, the professionalism, the installation was near perfect. The proposal I was given was exactly what I was charged. The job took a little bit longer than I thought it would, but the first nstallers were meticulous. I even bought the installers lunch one day because I was so impressed. The mobile showroom is a great idea. No pressure sales experience. Good advice. Good selection. As close to perfection as I could wish for. Could not be happier with my experience. We've used them twice,, and we'll use them again. Just saw a review about "kicking a dog" on Google or one of the other sites, not sure what that's about. Tim has been to my house twice, he petted my dog and talked with me about my kids. He even let my cat sit on his lap even though he is allergic to cats. Yeah, I'm sure Tim confused your dog trying to lick him with biting him.. sounds legit, right? There's always one. Great company. Great experience. Loved that they come to your house so you can pick the tile or carpet in the comfort of your own home. The only thing is be careful, it's hard to tell what the carpet is going to look like from the little samples. more

I had a great experience with Carpet Source. They came to my home and showed us some samples of carpet and explained the differences in the types of carpet. They helped us make up our minds and choose a sample to put in our house. The guys showed up on time to do the installation and they laid the carpet professionally and it looks great. We are very happy with the result. If and when we decide to add or change carpet again, Carpet Source will be the first people we call.
