Beware - Carbiz writes their own reviews. Why do you think so many reviews are written the SAME day? Why are there so many ""5 Star"" reviews. I found this info out through a mutual friend. I decided to write this because I don't think it's funny to rip people off! more

Recently I purchase a 2006 LS430 from Carbiz Auto on 9/23/10 I was in the market for a new vehicle and I knew Carbiz was the place to purchase. I purchased my last Lexus from the local Lexus dealer which was very over priced. Carbiz had a GREAT inventory and there prices was just right for me being a College Student. I worked with Raymond Allen and Matt Pollock they were GREAT and went the extra mile to make sure all my needs was met. Ray and Matt even saved me trip to the credit union by completing all finance documents in house which was Excellent!! I totally would recommend this dealership to anyone whom ask; and I will be purchasing my next vehicle from the GREAT People at Carbiz Auto. more

My husband and I purchased a pre-owned BMW X5 from Carbiz. Our experience was the most positive car buying experience I've ever had. Raymond was very professional and pleasant. He was patient during our decision making and was very knowledgeable regarding the vehicle we selected. I went to Car Biz to buy my first car on my own and it was an excellent experience. I got a great price and had the pleasure of dealing with Javier Cuellar. There are excellent car dealers and then there is Javier who worked with me and always returned my calls within a few hours. There was a minor issue with the vehicle and it was dealt with promptly, professionally, and with excellent service standards. Javier has gone above and beyond the call of duty helping me with my car purchase before and after the fact. I visited many other car dealers and did not get even remotely the asme service as I did at Car Biz w/ Javier and his fellow employees. i wasn't familiar with carbiz at all prior to going there and my experience with them really started off as the result of a whim. i was searching through AutoTrader for a Subaru STI and found one at Carbiz. for some odd reason i decided to click on the button that evaluates your trade-in. i entered some information and clicked a few buttons and was told by the automated system that the value of my trade-in couldn't be figured due to a transmission problem. ""oh well"" i thought and proceeded to go about my business. then my cell phone rang (i had given them my number) and it was Matthew Pollock from Carbiz. we spoke for a bit about my situation and what vehicle i was looking for. an appointment was set up for the next morning. Carbiz doesn't open until 9 am but i got there at 8:30 was let in and introduced to Matt. to shorten a lengthy story, my negative equity made getting the STI a painful situation so after a week of seaching and shopping and investigating i ended up with a 2007 Audi A3 wagon, deciding to purchase it from Carbiz. everyone i had dealings with at Carbiz was friendly. and it wasn't that thin facade of friendliness you almost always get from people selling you something, but more of a ""neither of us are jerks and attempting to do the other person in"" type of friendliness. i communicated my need and wants and Matt was accommodating as much as possible. even the finance manager (my last experience was with a guy that made me feel like he was selling his children's organs to ""make this deal work"") was friendly on a personal level and informative. i was never unpleasantly surprised at Carbiz. prices were explained clearly and nothing came out of third base to empty my pockets. having negative equity can make getting into a new car difficult but everything went very well at Carbiz. Matt, Chris, and Evan made the process easy and painless. more

I was looking online for a used vehicle to replace my current car (a Dodge) which decided it wasn't going to see another Winter under my ownership. As I searched many different routes online, dealers and private sellers, my searches always pointed to an ad for a used Nissan 350Z at Carbiz. I bypassed it for a number of days and finally after a week I decided to go take a look at their inventory. After looking at numerous vehicles I spotted the 350Z on the lot and walked over to take a look. I was immediately impressed with the looks of the vehicle and the condition of it (their entire inventory consists of great cars). I met the salesman Kelvin and after a few discussions about vehicles, I decided I wasn't going to make a decision that night and proceeded to leave. The next day I returned and decided to take the Z for a test drive. I was immediately sold on the vehicle and was on my way to owing a new-used car. The salesman Kelvin was very knowledgeable and made the transaction go as smoothly as possible. The finance manger was very pleasant to deal with as well. Over all I had a very pleasant experience at Carbiz and would return for my next vehicle without hesitation. The folks at Carbiz have all the right stuff to make your car buying experience as painless as possible. Great people, great cars, great dealership. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle! Kudos to the Carbiz family employees!!! more

I must say that I am a VERY picky person and I was completely delighted with my service at Carbiz. They were very friendly and helpful being as though I needed a car not now but RIGHT NOW. Even after purchasing my vehicle, my salesperson, Myron, is still available to answer questions that I may have in reference to certain features that I am unfamiliar with on my new vehicle. Im impressed by that because a lot of dealerships treat you like once they make the money off of you, they couldn't care less about whatever issues you may still have. Also after comparing prices with other dealerships, I feel like I got a very good deal on my new car and in this day and time that is most important to majority of consumers. We located the Jeep Wrangler we wanted online and found not only the vehicle we were excited about but the price was 10% lower than comparable vehicles. We contacted the dealer and Kelvin Burnston answered the phone even though it was eight in the evening, on a Saturday. We traveled close to 300 miles, one way, to test drive and possibly purchase the vehicle. We rented a car to travel to Baltimore and when we arrived Kelvin met us in the parking lot and immediately took us to see what would eventually be our new Jeep. The jeep was clean and ready for a test drive, we decided to purchase it at that time. more

I start looking into buying a new car about # months ago which was when I first emailed Mr Boyd he reply with all the information I need in a matter of hours and continue to follow up with me just to see where I was in my buying status. His emails where very friendly and warm and made me feel that I could really trust him because he wasnt just about getting a car off the lot but making sure it was something I wanted and could afford. When my car died about 4.5 weeks ago I contacted Mr. Boyd again and he was ready and happy to help me get into a new car. I came in we sat down talked about everything I wanted and needed and a budget and price range I also explained to him I had very little credit and what I did have was not very good He express to me that he would do everything he could to put me back behind the wheel. The only reason I didnt leave with a car that day was because the HR departmet at my jobs were closed for the weekend.At this time I went on vacation but Mr Boyd told me he""d be ready to hear from me as soon as I returned. After my vacation I returned to Carbiz at which time Mr. Boyd was attending to mutilply customers at the same time so he introduced me to Mr Pollok who also very friendly and eger to help me in my quest for a new car once all my paper work came back Mr Pollock called me in to look at cars, he had already looked through and pulled out what he thought would be a good match for me and he was 100% right I didnt need a test ride or nothing it was beautiful had low miles great on gas and great monthly payments It was a pleasure to work with both Mr Boyd and Mr Pollock and will recommend everyone I know in the market for a car that I know to go she them more

Overall good experience, Matt was great. They even picked me up 30 miles away,on Christmas Eve!!!! Matt did a careful walk around before I signed on the dotted line and when we found some paint runs in the clear coat on the front bumper, he commited to fixing it when I brought the car in for the free oil change.
