I'm a first time buyer and the process was beginning to be long and drawn out trying to find a dealership that would work with my to purchase the car that I wanted. Two people referred me to Carbiz after my rounds at many other dealerships, and I was sent to Myron Boyd. As a young female trying to purchase a car alone,I assumed everyone would give me a hard time. Carbiz was the only dealership that did not try to force me into a car that I did not want. I went in and told them exactly what I wanted and Myron and Danielle worked tirelessly to help me get to a comfortable down payment and monthly payment. I've purchased from many dealers over many years and this by far has been the easiest and most pleasant buying experience I have ever had. I'm in the Military so most of the dealers see automatic dollar signs, not these guys. They had my best interests at heart, proof is, that I brought my kids in on purpose, they treated them like they were their own. Karen, the receptionist was so kind to them!. When I knew that the girls were not just ""faces"" I found whom I wanted to work with. We set out to getting the car I wanted, not one they wanted to put me into. After all was said and done I drove away in a care that was very low mileage, clean in and out at a price that was low and resonable. Way to Carbiz! more

I recommend this dealership because they have a good selection of good quality cars. The employees were very helpful and friendly towards me and my family. The dealership prices were reasonable. I rated my overall experience as good because there was one issue with the defective car radio which required the rear window to be replaced. Fortunately the cost was covered under the manufacturer's warranty. more

I just traded in my 07 Jeep Liberty for an 04 Jeep Wrangler and I received great customer service from the first visit to the showroom. Fred was very helpful and knowlegible when it came to the cars on the Carbiz lot. My brother also purchased a vehicle from them this past May, and he lives in Vermont. Fred was great to work with and he made trading in one vehicle for another very easy and painless. Flew out from Denver to Baltimore MD to buy this car. I got a great price and great customer service. They picked me up from the airport and took me to breakfast. I had a LONG drive home but was very satisfied that my used cadillac made it home with no issues. Thanks for all the help carbiz! more

I price matched the car I wanted (2007-2008) Lexus ES350 with cars within a 500 mile radius on carscom and autotradercom. Carbiz was by far the best price, options, and financing. I did find other cars that were slightly cheaper at other dealerships however one had accident history on the Carfax and another one had a price that did not include Maryland state inspection costs, which the salesman on the phone said could be around 1500 extra... needless to say that was false advertising so buyer beware- the price listed on the web may look appealing but the dealer writes in fine print that it doesn't include inspection costs. Anyway...not at Carbiz.. had a great experience here with Miro. He was polite and extremely knowledgeable. I was happy to find Carbiz and I thought because they carried so many different makes and models that they would not be as thorough with their expertise on each vehicle but they really know their stuff! It was a pleasant experience. ( I even got to meet a Raven's player who was buying a car there the same day I was). My son thought that was ""cool""- I would highly recommend this dealership. I'll be back to purchase subsequent vehicles in the future more
