Worst

I received a text to confirm my appointment. They did not show until 2 1/2 hours later. I was told I would receive a discount for my inconvenience, have not seen that!

My experience with Campbell & Company could not have been better. When I called I was given an appointment right away, which surprized me because we were going through a cold snap. The tech arrived on time and ready to work. He fixed the problem and did not charge me an arm and a leg. I was expecting to pay more, to be honest. I will definitely recommend Campbell and Company to my friends. more

On 11/03/2015, The Technician arrived promptly. He was very polite and professional as all of your technicians have been. He expertly explained how everything looked, meticulously checked everything over. We received our anticipated excellent service 11/15/2015

We have been customers of Campbell & Co. for some years now and always are pleased to find their service and pricing are right on the mark for the home owner. Their best PR are the persons they employ as technicians – Diego was no exception. He was on time, courteous and knowledgeable as he went through his check list. Oh, one thing, he forgot the can of Root Beer I gave him! Thank you. more

Not sure what this is asking. 11/14/2015

Reviewed with me what he was going to do. He replaced filters and added new oil to the system to help add life to our system. Hopefully, make it quieter. He explained the cost. Told him about one side of our house being quite warm during the summer even though the air conditioner unit was on. He explained that the sun hits the house on that side and many customers had complained about the same problems. more

Excellent work 11/9/2015

Campbell & Co. always do an excellent job and are very professional. When the building inspector came in to check the hot water tank, he said it was good as usual. /And he uses Campbell & Company also. more
