our service tech Jon did a great job. We had a strange sounding heat pump. It didn't sound good at all he looked and noticed a shift in the ground that was simply causing a rattling noise. Simple fix but I did know what the problem was. Honest, quick and helpful! more

I had problems with my old central air unit twice in the last two months. It was soon going to be obsolete so I decided to replace it. I had someone coming to give me an estimate the next day. As I was leaving Costco I walked past the Campbell kiosk and thought i could use another estimate and set up an appointment early the next day. It was the best decision I've made in a long time. Justin showed up for the appointment really wowed me with the presentation. So much so that I cancelled the other appointment. The day of the installation Paul, the project supervisor, and the install crew of Nathan and Josh showed up right when they said they would. All three were very professional, courteous and conscientious, a theme that seems to be standard operating procedure for Campbell's employees. The crew worked like a well oiled team, each guy working on his own project. The two electricians, Sal and Tyler, showed up just when they were needed, like I said, a well oiled team. Every one was very friendly and anxious to answer any and all questions my wife and I had. When the job was almost finished, the inspection crew of Ashley and Anthony showed up and checked the wiring, freon system stability and other items. Ashley explained how to use our new digital thermostat. He was very patient and answered all of my wife and my questions. All in all, this was a very satisfying experience and I would highly recommend them. more

600$ for a motor, and they charged me twice for a capacitor, 170$ to come out Friday at 3:00 because it was after hours!! I only used campbell and company because the previous owners of my house had, it was my first experience with them and it will be my only experience with them. Called to have an electrical light timer installed. An electrician was there the next morning. Installation was completed shortly after. Excellent service. more

Two techs came to our home. One did all the work, the other stood around. At the end of the visit, the one that stood around verbalized a bunch of recommended maintenance actions (one totaling to just under $2,000). He said he'd send her (us) a detailed list of actions to document his findings. He mentioned that the system was in good shape, but ... We might need a new hi performance contractor for several hundred bucks. then went on to say that we have spores on our ducting and equipment, and that we need this and that done to our system. He even offered photos of what might be or may not be from our HVAC system. How would he know? He just stood around. It all sounded like a well rehearsed and bundled sales pitch. And then, to top all this off - both techs left the job site without putting the crawl space cover back ... not very customer friendly or safety minded. Oh yeah. Two days later, I'm outside in the evening doing some yard work and go to throw the weeds and plant trimmings out in our yard waste GREEN garbage dumpster. Guess what I found in the GREEN dumpster designated for yard waste? The used HVAC filter. Not very customer friendly or environmentally minded, if you ask me. Nope - I am not impressed with this service visit. more

I always enjoy dealing with the folks at Campbell and Company. Everyone from their receptionist (the couple times I've actually had to walk inside their building) to the various technicians that have come over to my home for scheduled maintenance over the years have been nothing but courteous and professional. Not disappointed one bit with my decision to choose them over the other contractors in the area to install and service my HVAC system. more

We have always been happy with the service we receive from Campbell & Company. This last time we had the air cleaner installed. I wasn't sure if I would like the fan on all the time but this was done just prior to all the extreme heat hit. I have been pleased with how cool the house has stayed and smells good. Plus my electric bill went down the following month. I am very happy with the air cleaner and would recommend it to anyone. more
