I had problems with my old central air unit twice in the last two months. It was soon going to be obsolete so I decided to replace it. I had someone coming to give me an estimate the next day. As I was leaving Costco I walked past the Campbell kiosk and thought i could use another estimate and set up an appointment early the next day. It was the best decision I've made in a long time. Justin showed up for the appointment really wowed me with the presentation. So much so that I cancelled the other appointment. The day of the installation Paul, the project supervisor, and the install crew of Nathan and Josh showed up right when they said they would. All three were very professional, courteous and conscientious, a theme that seems to be standard operating procedure for Campbell's employees. The crew worked like a well oiled team, each guy working on his own project. The two electricians, Sal and Tyler, showed up just when they were needed, like I said, a well oiled team. Every one was very friendly and anxious to answer any and all questions my wife and I had. When the job was almost finished, the inspection crew of Ashley and Anthony showed up and checked the wiring, freon system stability and other items. Ashley explained how to use our new digital thermostat. He was very patient and answered all of my wife and my questions. All in all, this was a very satisfying experience and I would highly recommend them.
