Worst

I received a text to confirm my appointment. They did not show until 2 1/2 hours later. I was told I would receive a discount for my inconvenience, have not seen that!

was told to me and Lois by your salesman things he was going to do and did not follow up. The crew for duct cleaning left a black mark on white carpet, cleaned up ok though. more

We've used Campbell's services for several years for our furnace, air conditioning and gas fireplace maintenance and upkeep. We have their annual maintenance plan. They call us and remind us each year that it is time for our annual maintenance and help us keep these items in good running condition, extending their lifetime. We really appreciate the good work they do for us. Their workers are always courteous and thoughtful. more

I have all my repairs done by Campbell and Co. Most recently, my a/c fan went out and naturally it was during a heat wave! The technician arrived that evening, explained what needed to be done, and finished it up within a couple of hours. He was thorough, thoughtful and patient! more

Bought 13 year old house in 2013. Saw that Campbell & Company had been servicing the heating and A/C system, and decided to stay with them. Have had system checked twice a year since; service has been good. more
