My experience with Campbell & Company could not have been better. When I called I was given an appointment right away, which surprized me because we were going through a cold sna...

Worst

I received a text to confirm my appointment. They did not show until 2 1/2 hours later. I was told I would receive a discount for my inconvenience, have not seen that!

Good job in all areas Campbell. 8/1/2015

We are on the annual maintenance plan and are very satisfied with the promptness in getting an appointment. Also the techs are cordial and seem to know what they are doing. We've been with Campbell for years and would recommend them to anyone. Question, why did "Dave" in commercials become a traitor and switch over to Bruce? We always liked Dave but that's just not right. more

Outstanding Service in every way! 7/30/2015

Our airconditioning went out on a 100+ day. We called our normal company that we have used for 8 years and have a maintenance contract with. They said it would be TWO days before they could get out. We then reminded them we were a loyal maintenance customer and they said the following afternoon by 5:00 pm. It was already over 80 in the house and climbing. Our neighbors use Campbell, so we called them and they had someone out within an hour. The A/C tech said it was actually a fried wire, and would require an electrician. Since Campbell does electrical as well, they dispatched an electrician who was there within an hour. Yay, the A/C was fixed and the next day we called Campbell and switched our heating and air maintenace contract to them. By their availability and rapid response, Campbell gained a new loyal customer! more

Very good company to work with 7/30/2015

We had a new funace installed a few years ago. The guys who came all introduced themselves and did a real quality job. I also called one time for the air conditioning ,it had stopped working and they were out within the hour. The only negative I have is one time the unit was serviced and a while later when I went to turn it on it wouldn't come on so I called and they came out, I was told it was a wire had come loose but I felt it had been left off by the technician. Could not prove it though, and was only charged for the service call. But all in all we are extremely happy with the company and services. more
