My apartment was over run with spiders I asked them to spray several times and they did not. I ended up being hospitalized twice for spider bites more

I called them about a leaking ceiling several weeks ago and they said they would come for repairs. They still haven't even though I have called numerous times. Today it caved in and fell. more

I have to agree with U890 0. CA properties is horrible. They will screw you any chance they get with payments. Keep excellent records if you deal with them. They lose payments and wont hesitate to charge YOU the late fee for their mistake. They are the worse people to deal with, rude rude rude. I swear everyone there must really hate their jobs. I cant wait until I no longer have to deal with them. more

They don't take pets at most of their properties so if you have a cat and they tell you it is fine, double check with someone else in the office before you fill out an application or sign a lease. I told them I was looking for a place that took pets right at the get-go and they showed me a great place which I loved. I filled out all the paperwork only to find that they wouldn't take my caged animals (I have 2). Still waiting to hear if I'll get my application fee back! A grand waste of time! As a side note, they were very nice and the guy who showed me the apartment was wonderful (although mis-informed as to both the price and the pet situation). more

I regret everything about renting from them. They never fix things, they are rude to talk to, they constantly mess up their accounting. A woman named Peg seemed like she was high when I was talking to her. Seriously. I want to know if they drug test their employees. CA properties is shameful. They have little to no inter-office communication. If you need to fix something, expect to have to call multiple people in the company to let them know because they will not talk to each other. Their maintenance people never show up and do shoddy workmanship. Every month they threaten me with eviction after I pay them rent because they lose it. If you do not want your money and your quality of life to be in the hands of incompetence itself, then do not sign that lease. They will try to pressure you into it. You're better off with anyone else. Thank god I am no longer in that lease. more

Just to warn everyone how bad these people are, I created an account just so I could write this review. CA Properties is horrible. They don't care about you and are incredibly rude when you talk to them. I currently live in one of their apartments and would move out if it weren't for the fact that I have 2 months left on my lease. They won't even change a simple lightbulb for me and told me to ""hire someone for $20 to do it."" This is in the kitchen--I can't reach it w/o a ladder! more
