Just to warn everyone how bad these people are, I created an account just so I could write this review. CA Properties is horrible. They don't care about you and are incredibly rude when you talk to them. I currently live in one of their apartments and would move out if it weren't for the fact that I have 2 months left on my lease. They won't even change a simple lightbulb for me and told me to ""hire someone for $20 to do it."" This is in the kitchen--I can't reach it w/o a ladder!
