They don't take pets at most of their properties so if you have a cat and they tell you it is fine, double check with someone else in the office before you fill out an application or sign a lease. I told them I was looking for a place that took pets right at the get-go and they showed me a great place which I loved. I filled out all the paperwork only to find that they wouldn't take my caged animals (I have 2). Still waiting to hear if I'll get my application fee back! A grand waste of time! As a side note, they were very nice and the guy who showed me the apartment was wonderful (although mis-informed as to both the price and the pet situation).
