Review content:
I regret everything about renting from them. They never fix things, they are rude to talk to, they constantly mess up their accounting. A woman named Peg seemed like she was high when I was talking to her. Seriously. I want to know if they drug test their employees. CA properties is shameful. They have little to no inter-office communication. If you need to fix something, expect to have to call multiple people in the company to let them know because they will not talk to each other.
Their maintenance people never show up and do shoddy workmanship. Every month they threaten me with eviction after I pay them rent because they lose it. If you do not want your money and your quality of life to be in the hands of incompetence itself, then do not sign that lease. They will try to pressure you into it. You're better off with anyone else. Thank god I am no longer in that lease.
