they promise to fix my cell phone charge $35.00 just to look and see if they can do the job, then they called and said it will be $90.00 the total cost when i picked up it had a buble he said my phone had water inside which it never happed, then he promised to fix it and broke the memory card, they promise to have it ready in a week i took more than a month and it never worked properly and to top it all the charged $ 110.00 to fix it $20.00 more than agreed to and it was never properly fixed more

I should've read the reviews before seeing this place on Craigslist (a bad sign if ever there was one!). My blackerry broke, so I took it in. They charged me $35 to look at it and offered me a loan phone for a deposit of $85, completely refundable when I brought it back. Two days later I went in to give back the loan phone. Did I get my $85 back..? No, they said they would send me a check. 3 months later, 10 phone calls, 3 in-store visits and alot of bullshit excuses and I still haven't got my deposit back! This place is just so unprofessional and a complete waste of time. Don't fall for any of their scams, this is just one of the many complaints this place is racking up. So the Owner NAV said to me that I had to pay $35 dollars to have the phone looked at and if they cannot fix it I get my money back. \r \r He said it normally would cost 50-90 dollars to fix and those 35 are credited. \r \r They call me a day later saying it will cost $250 dollars to fix... minus the 35... it would be $215 total. And it still might not work.... but ""they would take the chance"". \r \r Then he offer to buy my phone... for a pitiful amount... \r \r THIS STORE IS A SCAM. I live 2 blocks away and will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE. Pros: They pretend they can fix your Iphone. Cons: THEY WILL FIX IT FOR $250 dollars or more. more

My Iphone broke, I took it in, they did a diagnostic on it which cost $35 (that money went toward fixing my phone), I had to get a new motherboard put in. Took only a few days, the price was VERY reasonable. They called to make sure to let me know what was going on. Within a few days it was fixed! :) Would Recommend to Friends!!! ...i should have read the reviews here before making my way all the way out to the store! at least i did not end up spending any money with them - i am sorry for everyone who did! i had been looking at getting a new phone, since i had a pretty good idea what i wanted, i called up asking what kind of phones (along the lines of what i was looking for) they had in store so i could have a look at them. the manager Nat (?), after i asked a few times, finally said they have ""all phones"" in store. i kind of asumed he ment ""all phones"" they have on the web site. so i went over there (pretty long way) to find that he had lied to me. they did not have one single phone that met my requirements in store at all. overall they had 3 that were kind of what i was looking for but they were about $100 over my budget. so here he went - shady salesman!! trying to sell me an expencive phone, bluntly lieing again! grrrr. it became even more shady when he started talking about cash payment and discounts if i were to buy something right now! stay away from them! I came in with a phone charger that didn't seem to work, and my phone didn't text. He told me it was a $35 fee to check the phone, that the phone was worth about $100, and that the repair fee wouldn't be more than $60. When I came back it he said the repairs would be $90! Then he convinced me to buy an expensive phone charger, instead of telling me (as I found out later) that the phone may have been why the charger didn't work. I ended up buying a used phone on Ebay that works fine and my old charger works fine with the Ebay phone. So I drove all the way there to return their expensive phone charger and he told me it was past seven days. I asked him to show me where it said that on the receipt and it did not say it, but he refused to take it back and only offered me store credit, I have no use at all for it. I don't trust them and I would never give them my business. When he was lying about his fictional seven day return policy, I mentioned that my father had just died and I have had to spend time on his memorial, so it took me more than seven days to get a chance to drive back there. He didn't care at all. Heartless. Small claims court is next. Pros: Terrible, Horrible Place. Liars! more

They lie about products and tell u they work properly and they guarantee it or you can bring it back. Then they say no returns/ only exchanges when you bring the product back 10 minutes later! There was only one product for me there so then they say you're sh!t out of luck! I showed the product and explained that it was defective and wanted a refund and they said no even after acknowledging that the product was in fact defective! Stay faaarrr away from this place. There's a reason they don't give refunds is because I'm sure they have angry customers coming back all the time. When their merchant account is closed and they only accept cash and offer no refunds hopefully that will deter people from wasting their money at this shady establishment! No wonder they're ""advertising"" on Craigslist! Pros: None! Cons: Everything! more

I actually had a really good experience here. My blackberry bold had water damage on it and i went and bought a new one but i needed all my contacts and data saved from the old phone to be transferred to the new one. The att store people couldnt do it so they referred me to this place and gave me their business card. I went there, and the people were friendly, showed me some empathy about my situation and told me they'd do their best. At this point, i didnt expect any magic to happen from a small independent store like this but then they sure made me more than happy when they called me by the end of the day with all my contacts backed up and ready to be transferred!! took them like 15 minutes to transfer the data over to my new phone. i didnt mind waiting since they have a variety of accessories on the walls. I'd recommend this place to my friends. Pros: good service Cons: none i can think of more

This place is a scam! If you need your iphone's lcd screen replaced do not go here...they seem to have a problem with being honest with their customers. I found out about them on craigslist where they were advertising iphone touch screen repair for $60...not true they made me pay a $35 dep. and two hrs later I was told that it would cost $95...the girl in the front acts like she has never heard how much iphone repairs will cost at her place of business. I just needed to get an iPhone 3gs unlocked and they did just that. I was hoping it would be a bit cheaper but it was brand new so i was expecting to pay a premium. they got the job done same day so no complaints more

I had this weird software error on my blackberry where it would automatically drop calls and a white screen appears with an error number on it. I spent hours on the phone with verizon and no one was able to help me. Walked into a verizon store and still no luck. Suprisingly, they referred me to this place. I called in and set up an appointment, dropped off my phone on a friday and went for a meeting. They said that usually it takes 2 hours. after i got back from my meeting my phone was ready! it worked perfectly i walked out as a happy man. back to business now. Pros: Software more

I recently had my Iphone fixed here and i was very satisfied with their service. \r My screen was completely smashed and i really didnt want to splurge on a new one. I was referred to them by one of my friends and called in to set up an appointment for 9am. They fixed my phone in less than 15 minutes and i even arrived to work on time! so i was on vacation in australia by dropped my crackberry and as soon as i picked it up it gave me an error on my software. took it to one of the repair places there and they told me that my phone is completely gone. then i spoke to t-mobile crackberry tech support and after 2 hours being on the phone they couldnt help me out. brought it CPC wireless, as my last resort and had zero hope that it would be fixable. The guy named Nav helped me out and got his technician to re-install my software and got it up and running. overall, cool people, great service. Pros: software tech genius, free parking more

My daughter got my iPhone wet and the thing wouldnt even power on- apple told me I had to get it replaced entirely for $300- I took it here and they got it done for under $100 in less than a week! The service was fast and always professional and the girl who helped me get it fixed was really sweet. I would highly recommend bringing your phone before apple any day! Nobody can help you at all. Their main focus is literally to rip you off and cheat you. They will charge you for insurance replacment, activations, and phones and then have the company (ie t-mobile in my circumstance) charge you a second time. Do not waste your time or your money.
