Review content:
I came in with a phone charger that didn't seem to work, and my phone didn't text. He told me it was a $35 fee to check the phone, that the phone was worth about $100, and that the repair fee wouldn't be more than $60. When I came back it he said the repairs would be $90! Then he convinced me to buy an expensive phone charger, instead of telling me (as I found out later) that the phone may have been why the charger didn't work.
I ended up buying a used phone on Ebay that works fine and my old charger works fine with the Ebay phone. So I drove all the way there to return their expensive phone charger and he told me it was past seven days. I asked him to show me where it said that on the receipt and it did not say it, but he refused to take it back and only offered me store credit, I have no use at all for it. I don't trust them and I would never give them my business.
When he was lying about his fictional seven day return policy, I mentioned that my father had just died and I have had to spend time on his memorial, so it took me more than seven days to get a chance to drive back there. He didn't care at all. Heartless. Small claims court is next.
Pros: Terrible, Horrible Place. Liars!
