I needed to replace the back part of my blackberry and the people there were very professional and were able to help me find what I was looking for. Pros: Good Customer Service

Shady operation! Buyer beware! Caveat emptor! 4/19/2009

Nav Davidian, the president of CPC Wireless, is dishonest and a con man. He sold me a defective Blackberry cell phone battery, then tried to pass this off as if RIM, Ltd. had manufactured a defective phone, then he went on to say my phone usage was the problem. Unfortunately, I did not research things before I went to Nav Davidian and I regret that I did. He is unscrupulous. Pros: Nothing Cons: Dishonest owner; dishonest owner; dishonest owner more

Absolutely Terrible 4/11/2009

This business is extremely unprofessional. The people who work there are incompetent. The credit card machine was not working and it took forever to pay. When I got home, I realized they picked out the wrong charger for me - it didn't fit! I took it back and told them I wanted to return it and asked for my account to be credited. Guess what? ""We can't do that. Only store credit is permitted."" Don't waste your time here! Cons: incompetent service, horrible return policy more

Worst place ever for wireless service, just avoid them. 2/1/2009

This place is absolutely terrible.\r \r They take forever to do stuff (3 days to unlock!!!), and don't call you when they're supposed to.\r \r The manager, Navid, would much rather give you excuses and tell you why he CAN'T do something than to offer solutions.\r \r Save your money, time, and grief, and go somewhere else. Pros: Yes, girl at front is hot. Cons: Everything else. more

fixed my phone 9/2/2008

after my sidekick got broken because my idiot friend decided to roll over my backpack, i found the place on my way home from smc and brought it in. they didnt take too long and i was still able to call people up on one of their loaner phones which were these old nokias but i cant complain because it got the job done. it was alright considering i woulda had to pay like $400 for a brand new phone and it works like before. Pros: the chick at the desk was HOT more

More than Satisfied! 8/13/2008

I came in the a while ago looking to switch over from Verizon to T-mobile. Luckily the store specialized in both companies and were able to clearly lay out the choices I had for both plans (in terms of upgrade vs. new activation) and I ended up getting a great deal on a blackberry as well. He threw in two cases for the price of one and although I initially felt as if he was secretly ripping me off, when I retailed everything I went home with it was an alright bargain! I think that the boss Navid was actually pretty funny and left room for slight negotiation which is something you CANT do at a carrier store. Overall I was happy and I left with exactly what I wanted. Pros: Good personal service (he remembered my name the next day), flexible pricing, repair (apparently unlocking!) Cons: some items are on the pricey side and are more worth it to buy somewhere else if you cant get him to give you a discount more

Shady business practices 6/5/2008

Went in for a bluetooth headset, they were advertising many for 50% off. None of the items are marked with a price (this should've raised a flag) but I went ahead and bought one anyway. The next day I learned that the suggested retail price was LESS THAN HALF of what they had listed the item at. In the end, after the 50% off, I paid more than the suggested retail price. The owners would not refund or exchange (they had opened the package for me while I was there). They would not refund the difference. Misleading advertising and dishonest selling. Pros: Local business Cons: shady business practices more

Bait 'n Switch 5/5/2008

SCUMMY, that single word sums up the proprietors of CPC Wireless.\r \r Last week on Thursday 5/1/08 I called CPC and talked with Navid to inquire about upgrading my phone to a new Blackberry 8820 with T-Mobile service. He stated that is should not be a problem and took my current cell phone account information and told me to call back on Friday (5/2/08) to see what he could do. I called back on Friday and he told me he could get me the phone (the 8820) for $199 w/ a two year contract extension. I specifically asked him if the phone was the 8820 and he responded that it was and that it was brand new in the box. I told him that sounded fine and that I would pick up and pay for the phone on Monday (5/5/08)\r \r On Monday I woke up early and drove to CPC wireless in Santa Monica. When I arrived there Navid told me that the he thought I wanted a Blackberry Curve and that theBlackberry 8820 was discontinued and no longer available (Red Flag #1). I had him visit the T-Mobile website where it stated that not only do they sell the Blackberry 8820, but it was one of their newest phones. Navid seemed to be perplexed for a second, but then regained his composure and told me I could get the 8820 for $299 or the Curve, which is not what i wanted, for $199 (Red Flag #2).\r \r Bottom line, I did not buy a phone from this balding POS Navid, nor would I recommend anyone buy a phone from him or his business partner David. Either this guy was trying to pull some bait and switch scam on me or he is so incompetent he doesn't even know which models of phones are out on the market.\r \r I will leave it up to you the reader to decide. Shop anywhere but here. Cons: shady / rude salespeople, not honest more
