so i was on vacation in australia by dropped my crackberry and as soon as i picked it up it gave me an error on my software. took it to one of the repair places there and they told me that my phone is completely gone. then i spoke to t-mobile crackberry tech support and after 2 hours being on the phone they couldnt help me out. brought it CPC wireless, as my last resort and had zero hope that it would be fixable. The guy named Nav helped me out and got his technician to re-install my software and got it up and running. overall, cool people, great service.
