I actually had a really good experience here. My blackberry bold had water damage on it and i went and bought a new one but i needed all my contacts and data saved from the old phone to be transferred to the new one. The att store people couldnt do it so they referred me to this place and gave me their business card. I went there, and the people were friendly, showed me some empathy about my situation and told me they'd do their best. At this point, i didnt expect any magic to happen from a small independent store like this but then they sure made me more than happy when they called me by the end of the day with all my contacts backed up and ready to be transferred!! took them like 15 minutes to transfer the data over to my new phone. i didnt mind waiting since they have a variety of accessories on the walls. I'd recommend this place to my friends.
