Honest auto body repair shop. 9/30/2015

I recently went to Automall Autobody to have some repairs done on my car. There was some additional damage that they didn't find until they started working on the car, and that made the price a little higher than what we originally discussed. That was not a big deal because they dealt mostly with my insurance company, but they did come to me and let me know what they found. I appreciated that honesty. My insurance took care of the additional cost, but it did take an extra 4 days to get the repair done, during which I had to pay for a rental car. There were also a couple of door dings and a scuff on the rear bumper that I wanted them to take care of, but I felt that the price they quoted me for that was way too much so I declined to have that work done. Other than that, the quality of work was fine, and I am not displeased. more

Unsatisfactory. 9/10/2015

I had to leave my truck at Automall Autobody for a day or two for some repairs and got a rental car for the time in between. The folks from Automall called me to tell me the job was done, but when I came to pick my truck up they hadn't finished the work. I no longer had a car to drive (I returned the rental since they said my truck was good to go...), so I had to wait around their shop for 3-4 hours while they did the required work. RESPONSE FROM Automall Autobody: Randy, I'm truly bummed that this happened to you. It is our procedure to only call clients to pick up when your vehicle is complete and then passes both Initial Quality Inspection and Final Quality Inspection after final detail. This has me scratching my head that we would have even bothered you to come down not being done with your vehicle. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this caused you, and have related to our staff that they must in no instance circumvent the above mandatory procedure. more

My van was rear-ended, and Automall Autobody did great job fixing it up. They replaced the back tailgate, bumper, and the mechanical work underneath. They were very communicative, and they were really accurate with their time estimates. more

They are efficient. 3/15/2013

The first time I used Automall Autobody, I paid out of pocket and had no problem. This time, my daughter was hit driving our Kia Soul and we used Automall Autobody because it was one of the body shops Progressive Insurance listed that we could use. Perhaps it was due to having a third party involved, but the communication between Progressive, Automall Autobody, and myself, was lacking. The insurance agent would tell me one thing and the body shop would tell me something else. At one point, I left the car at the shop for the day before getting a quote, which the insurance company later told me I should not have done. As for the work that they did, it was great. The car was ready when they said it would be and it turned out beautifully. They even offered to drop me off at home and pick me up when the car was ready. more

I wouldn't go anywhere else. 2/1/2013

Automall Autobody has helped me on three separate occasions. The first time I went there, they fixed the rear-end bumper on my car. I was completely happy with the quality of the product. There were some discrepancies in the quote I was given and the amount I was being charged, and the owner was kind enough to not only stand by his quote, but lower it by twenty-percent. I was impressed with his willingness to work with his customers. That first experience has kept me coming back whenever I need their service. Overall, they are just honest, professional, and stand behind their work. more

Automall Autobody did the collision repair on my vehicle. They replaced the necessary parts to have not only the mechanical aspects fixed, but also the visual aspects. Everything turned out great. more

I had something hit my car a while back. I was referred to Automall Autobody through my insurance company. They took care of me and sent me photos and stuff like that. They were very fast, and they were able to tell me exactly what was going on. I felt like they were very professional. more

I was involved in an accident where someone ran into the rear of my vehicle. My insurance company who referred me to Automall Autobody. They did an initial inspection and quoted the repair at about $800. After they took the vehicle apart, they noticed additional damage which amounted to $1000 more than their original quote. They called the insurance company to get the approval and they extended my rental. They did everything! They did a great job fixing up my vehicle. They are a nice group of young people. They handled themselves very well and kept me informed on the progress of the repairs. I have had experiences with other body shops and I am very pleased with this group. I would highly recommend them to anybody. more

There was am error, but they did correct it. With the new management, Automall Autobody did a great job. With the old, there wasn't too much great communication. They did do corrections when I needed them dealt with without extra costs to me, so I would rate them as good and continue to bring all of my cars there. I have about four that they service. more

Very happy with the work performed 9/25/2012

Wow, my wife and I were expecting a good paint/repair job on her Infiniti and it looked like nothing ever happened. What we were surprised to find is that the car was detailed inside and out. I now recommend Automall Autobody to anyone looking to improve the look of their car. more
