I recently went to Automall Autobody to have some repairs done on my car. There was some additional damage that they didn't find until they started working on the car, and that made the price a little higher than what we originally discussed. That was not a big deal because they dealt mostly with my insurance company, but they did come to me and let me know what they found. I appreciated that honesty. My insurance took care of the additional cost, but it did take an extra 4 days to get the repair done, during which I had to pay for a rental car. There were also a couple of door dings and a scuff on the rear bumper that I wanted them to take care of, but I felt that the price they quoted me for that was way too much so I declined to have that work done. Other than that, the quality of work was fine, and I am not displeased.
