Why go to a dealer when you can go to Automall Autobody for repairs! 11/11/2011

My recent experience with Automall Autobody was excellent. From the fist phone call, Wesley explained that the door problem I was having could have been as simple as a broken clip which prevented the passenger front door from opening from the outside. I explained that my car was no longer under warranty. Wesley gave a very fair estimate and I authorized the repair. I appreciate that Automall Autobody delivered on their promise. I had never thought of going to an autobody shop for car repairs in the past but will absolutely use them in the future. I recommend them highly. more

Great experience, I would definitely do it again! 9/8/2011

Basically Automall Autobody was very professional. My work was completed when they told me it would be due. They did mostly body work. I looked Automall Autobody online, and chose them because they were the closest to me. I have been a customer of theirs for a couple of months, and this was the first time using them. It was a great experience with Automall Autobody, and I would definitely do it again! more

Wesley Hatch was a pleasure to work with. He explained what was happening each step of the process. He kept us informed about our progress as well as communicated all information from Farmers Insurance and assited with the rental car. Our car looks great again. They really do excellent work and the customer service was outstanding. more

I was impressed with this business from the minute I walked in the door for an estimate. Neat, clean, organized, polite, thorough explanation......I didn't even go to get other estimates, as I was paying for the work myself, and because it was a minor job I thought it couldn't be much cheaper anywhere else. First impressions are important! more

Excellent body shop 7/1/2011

I went to get an estimate after someone backed into the cab of my truck. I liked the attitude of Wesley Hatch and I never went for another estimate. They delivered as promised. I can't tell that the truck was hit. The paint job looks like it's the original. Very satisfied. more

Timely, Honest, and Great Quality work! 7/1/2011

I can't say enough good things about my experience at Automall Autobody. I had a bad experience with a different body shop in Summerlin and was scared to bring my car into a body shop again. I knew Automall was going to be a different experience when I stepped into the clean waiting area, was greeted by friendly staff, and they assisted me right away unlike other body shops when you walk in and they barely look up till they have to. Automall was exceptionally helpful finding my parts at the best rate, upfront about costs, and gave me realistic timeline for my repair. My car looks like nothing ever happened to it! I would 100 recommend! more

Would and will highly recommend this facility. Both Klaus Bertram and Wesley Hatch went above and beyond and took the burden of an auto accident out of my hands and handled the situation with the utmost care and professionalism. Wonderful and informative with regards to customer contact every step of the way and greatly appreciated the fact that they dealt with the insurance adjuster directly which made this process run so much smoother. Excellent Work and Customer Service 6/4/2011

My truck was hit by another person and their insurance claims person recommended Automall Auto Body. I had never heard of them before. I took my truck there and was absolutely bowled over by their extraordinary level of customer service. They not only fixed my truck, they took care of calling the rental car company to update them on the date my truck would be ready so I didn't have to keep extending my rental. The work they performed on my truck was superb. It looks better than it ever has. My experience with them was so stress-free that I recommend them highly and would certainly use them again. more

You could never tell my car had ever been in a wreck! 6/1/2011

I've already recommended Automall Autobody to a few people because they did a great job. I brought my car down to them to take a quick look over it. I left it there for an estimate, and it was a great estimate, and then they worked on it, which was also great. It came out very nice, perfect in fact. You could never tell if it had ever been in a wreck! I'm very happy with how it turned out. George Story more

I decided to use Automall Autobody because of the cleanliness of their shop and because they were very organized, thorough, and knowledgeable. The fact that they train their autobody specialists was probably the main reason I decided to use them. They did general body work for me and everything turned out fine. They have good pricing and honest appraisals. more
