Review content:
The first time I used Automall Autobody, I paid out of pocket and had no problem. This time, my daughter was hit driving our Kia Soul and we used Automall Autobody because it was one of the body shops Progressive Insurance listed that we could use. Perhaps it was due to having a third party involved, but the communication between Progressive, Automall Autobody, and myself, was lacking. The insurance agent would tell me one thing and the body shop would tell me something else. At one point, I left the car at the shop for the day before getting a quote, which the insurance company later told me I should not have done.
As for the work that they did, it was great. The car was ready when they said it would be and it turned out beautifully. They even offered to drop me off at home and pick me up when the car was ready.
