I had to leave my truck at Automall Autobody for a day or two for some repairs and got a rental car for the time in between. The folks from Automall called me to tell me the job was done, but when I came to pick my truck up they hadn't finished the work. I no longer had a car to drive (I returned the rental since they said my truck was good to go...), so I had to wait around their shop for 3-4 hours while they did the required work.
RESPONSE FROM Automall Autobody:
Randy, I'm truly bummed that this happened to you. It is our procedure to only call clients to pick up when your vehicle is complete and then passes both Initial Quality Inspection and Final Quality Inspection after final detail. This has me scratching my head that we would have even bothered you to come down not being done with your vehicle. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this caused you, and have related to our staff that they must in no instance circumvent the above mandatory procedure.
