Aaron Wilmot was very friendly and not pushy at all. After shopping around at 4 other dealerships who were giving me ridiculous offers and laughing at my budget Aaron at Burien Chevy went straight to business and was able to get right to my budget! He was very friendly, professional and serious with me when it came down to numbers to work at getting me the best deal. I could tell he really wanted to help me get the best deal without being pushy which seems to be hard to come by in sales. So I really appreciated that and in the end knew when I was done shopping around to make sure I got a great used mini SUV, that I really wanted to give him my business because he earned it! I had already taken my older (1997) car to two mechanics who were unable to diagnose the problem. Staff were able to diagnose it as the starter, and 6 hours later I had my only transportation back and working well. I appreciated the shuttle service as well. Would definitely return to them when I need service again. more

Eduardo, the shuttle driver, needs to slow down and use more caution. "Wiperblades" were on the reader board at "$14.95", which looks like a good price for a "set" of wiperblades. No, that's $14.95 for each wiperblade. Needs to specify $29.90 per "set". I had asked, perhaps, too late not to do the oil change. I have a FEELING by the way "John" acted later that maybe there had been time to scratch that service...just a feeling. more

My appointment was for an oil chane scheduled for 9:30am which I was on-time for. I checked in with the service writer that had confirmed my online service appointment request. Told him what I wanted done and let him about a noise I had been hearing; "If it's something obvious as to what it is let me know but I am not looking for diagnostic fees to pay, you know?" He said no problem and my vehicle would be about 40min. After an hour-n-half goes by I get approached by a different person who didn't introduce himself said "He didn't hear the sound you said you were hearing so maybe it's gone but did you know that your rear wiper isn't working?" I told him that I knew about it and it wasn't working that last time my vehicle was in either but nice to know it's just now being asked about. And I was extremely surprised that he didn't hear the noise being it happens with a few feet of my vehicle moving forward at low speed. But I am only here for an oil change and that all recommendations could be put down in an estimate. He said okay and that my vehicle would be right out. 30 minutes after that - my vehicle was finished. 2 HOURS for an oil change and them to wash my car. Really?!?! more
