Burien Chevrolet

Our sales rep Bill was absolutely great. He was helpful and courteous through out our buying process. We did have an issue with an account set up in our name to net the dealership a discount to apply toward our purchase price. We were not informed of this action nor had we given consent to use our personel information to do so. The matter was later discussed with Burien Chevrolet and they were very apologetic and were willing to change their form of business with future customers. We also had some paper work which stated our vehicle was a 6 speed manual when in fact it is a 6 speed automatic. I called to talk with the gal in the finance office who prepared the paper work to see if this would be an issue with our license and registration and was sent to voice mail where I left information about my concerns and asked her to call back. My phone call was never returned. I hope that this does not present an issue with our paper work. We have not picked up our license plate and registration at the time of this survey so the experience has not been completed. The actual buying process was quick and easy. The people we encountered were always courteous and willing to make our experience a good one. This says alot about a company who is willing to admit to making mistakes and do what is neccessary to correct them. more

It would have been a 5 star rating but when the car was washed, the floor mats were still dirty. more

Whining noise from my SUV made me think it was an idler on the drive train. Turned out I was right, but Burien Chevy found that I also had a small leak from the rear differential. Awesome! Was in and out in less than 24 hours! more

The service was very personalized from the phone conversation to picking up my care. Dave from Service Dept. was very professional and helpful on the phone when I called to make the appointment. During the visit he went over and above to make sure that not only my car was taking care of but also that I made it to work on time via the shuttle and at the end my car was washed and charged when I picked it up. more

Found the car online and the Sales Manager chatted live with me there and invited me to come over and see his sales guy. I was in and out in one hour with the car I wanted at a fair price. Nice service after sale as well. more

Everyone was very friendly and courteous. Was continually kept informed of progress. Unfortunately, repairs took 3 weeks. I felt that was way too long. more

My car talks to me. It can tell me when it needs oil, which is usually before it should need oil. But when it talks, I call Burien Chevrolet to make an appointment. They're always pleasant on the phone, I can always get a convenient appointment and they're always quick when working on it. I usually go to Fred Meyer's and get back in time. If it's not ready, I get a cup of coffee and watch TV in their new waiting room. And it's GREAT coffee, too! After the work is completed and the folks have told me what the all-over safety check says, I get back into my just-washed and vacuumed car and drive home knowing all is well. I can honestly say Burien Chevrolet is my favorite "car place" to go. Thank you! more

I was so happy I decided to go to Burien Chevrolet. Our salesman, Troy was so attentive to us. He answered all of our questions and had so much to tell us about the suburban we were interested in. It is a very professional atmosphere but everyone you see is so friendly. We will be recommending Burien Chevrolet to everyone! !!! more

Excellent Customer Service in the repair department. Not the best prices on parts though. I went to another vendor to have part replaced I was quoted $699 at your shop but found a work-around for under $200 somewhere else more
