My appointment was for an oil chane scheduled for 9:30am which I was on-time for. I checked in with the service writer that had confirmed my online service appointment request. Told him what I wanted done and let him about a noise I had been hearing; "If it's something obvious as to what it is let me know but I am not looking for diagnostic fees to pay, you know?" He said no problem and my vehicle would be about 40min. After an hour-n-half goes by I get approached by a different person who didn't introduce himself said "He didn't hear the sound you said you were hearing so maybe it's gone but did you know that your rear wiper isn't working?" I told him that I knew about it and it wasn't working that last time my vehicle was in either but nice to know it's just now being asked about. And I was extremely surprised that he didn't hear the noise being it happens with a few feet of my vehicle moving forward at low speed. But I am only here for an oil change and that all recommendations could be put down in an estimate. He said okay and that my vehicle would be right out. 30 minutes after that - my vehicle was finished. 2 HOURS for an oil change and them to wash my car. Really?!?!
