Got the appointment at a convenient time for me. I was in and out within the time I was quoted. Their new service office and waiting area in the showroom are nice, and with WiFi, I was able to get some work done while I waited. more

I am extremely pleased with the recent service I received for Burien Chev. I hit a pothole in Seattle, which the streets are starting to look like a 3rd world country, and my I ruined the tire completely. I was able to fill the tire with just enough air to get it to Burien Chev. Once there, they immediately looked at my tire and assessed that it was not repairable. I was given a vehicle to borrow and then sent off to run my errands and returned to a repaired vehicle. These guys are the best!!!! more

This is the first time I have been disapoointed tn the service at Burien chevrolet. the detail was not done completely. the third row seats were not even wiped down , the window frames had not been wiped down, the did not even remove the seats to vacum under them. The interioe ceiling were not vacumed or even wiped down, certains spot I wiped out with a hand wipe - to see if there were spots unable to be removed - I was wrong - you crew failed to to do even the simpliest items in cleaning my vehicle.he carpet cleaning was very unsatisfactory. the crew did not vacumn out the glove box or the middle console - yes Virginia they saved the cookies crumbs for me. - I was very very disappointed. I drive a great distance from Gig Harbor to have my car serviced at burien chevrolet - to support Catholic business that advertise on catholic radio. I have spent big $ from minor items to transmissions. - I am sooo disappointed I really do not think I will recommend your company or return for service. - that includes Burien toyota for my othe vehicle. The sales and finance staff did a good job at working with me to help me get a deal I was comfortable with. They didn't try to sell me too much car and listened to my needs. I appreciate that compared to some other dealerships I have worked with. more

I didn't want to drive all the way down there without knowing if they could assist me. I called and talked with Meaghan in service and she said she would call me back with the answers. That call never happened and it was a little frustrating. I finally went down there and she was assigned as my service advisor. I ended up being at the dealership for 5 hours. When the car was finally ready, she informed me that there were complications and that's what took so long. It would've been nice to get the updates with what was going on instead of letting me stew on the length of waiting. more

We looked around for the best deal for new tires. Not only did we find they have the best deal, their customer service keeps us coming back . My husband said, " you know there good when I take my Dodge truck to the Chevy dealer". more
