Very pleased with these two gentleman that came to our home to replace our hot water heater. They were very kind and good at explaining the procedure of the job they would be doing. Very neat about cleaning up after themselves when the job was complete. You should be very proud to have these two wonderful men working for your company. Would highly recommend them to everyone. Great Service 8/18/2016

Our sump pump stopped working and I called their after hours number. They showed up early the next day and had water pumped out of the crawl space and new equipment installed. Fantastic service man 8/16/2016

Eric was my repairman and he was manner able and knowledgable about my problem he was courteous very professional but also kind to a older person who had just gotten out of the hospital Eric is a assest to Buds his attitude was great I also there was another guy that came near the end of the job he was okay(but not someone I would ask for) but I would request ERIC every time and will tell everyone about this person that works for BUDS PLUBMING more

The person responsed very quick to my hot water heater problem. We discussed my options and then picked one. They installed my new hot water heater and I very pleased with their work. We had a back up in our sewer and needed a pipe replaced. It was an all day job and even went into another afternoon. Honestly they were so friendly, explained clearly what was going on, and they fixed the problem we were having. Excellent service we have already recommended them to others! more

Great experience 7/27/2016

I am pretty handy and have never had to call a plumber before. They were able to get there in less than 1 hr. It was during normal business hours. Leland was super cool. Overall great experience. Good Experience 7/27/2016

I had a pretty good experience with Bud's Plumbing. Leland and Colin came and cleaned out my main sewage drain and they cleaned both of my sink drains and my tub drain. Where they had to put in the outside pipe access they left little disruption to my yard. I also appreciated that their work came with a warranty. I didn't expect that. These guys know what they're doing! 7/27/2016

I went with a different local plumbing service to fix a leak, and they came out four different times, charged at least $100 each visit, and I still had problems. Fed up, I called these guys. They fixed the real problem, and I'm now leak free! I will definitely call Bud's for all my future plumbing needs from now on! Everything about our experience was completely positive. 7/26/2016

Our house was in need of galvanized water lines being replaced for quite sometime. Then we discovered the cast iron drain pipes were worn out. Blake Ferrell gave us very reasonable estimates and single handedly completed both jobs for us. Blake is not only very skilled and knowledgable but also professional and friendly. We now know that a the plumbing, built in 1949, is up to date. CLOGGED SEWER PIPES 7/22/2016

Call Bud's Plumbing about my sewer pipes , that were backing up at the clean out value in our back yard. It was a nasty mess...needed their help badly. They came out and where very professional about accessing the situation and giving me a reasonable quote. They explained what services they were going to that day and what may or may not need to be done. They kept me informed at all time. I felt that I could trust them, which is hard to do these days. They finished the job in a timely manner and reasonable cost. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Bud's Plumbing ( thanks Leland and Mark) From the Draper family... Got us out of a bind-Canterbury House Apts 7/22/2016

We had another local plumbing company complete a project for us, and left a huge leak. We reported it to their office, but there was no one that could come back to fix the damage they had done. So we called Bud's plumbing, and they came to our rescue. They were here within 30 mins, and fixed the issue in minutes. As a property manager I would highly recommend them to anyone. We have used Buds several times and are always very happy with the experience. Not only does Buds respond quickly, the guys are always friendly and eager to solve the problem. We never have a desire to use anyone else for our plumbing needs! Did the work but left mess 7/4/2016

My water heater was leaking and needed immediate repair. Bud's responded and said they would be able to get the job done in the day. Great. They showed up on time and started working right away. When they removed by old water heater they pulled it on the concrete sidewalk leaving deep scratches for several feet until they lifted it on their truck in my driveway. Further, they left the sludge that was in my water heater tank in my landscaping. Finally, when I asked if there was standing water that needed to be cleaned before the new water heater was placed in the closet I got a quick "no" as they shoved the new unit in. I later discovered it was standing water and had to clean around the new unit. The new unit works. And if that was my experience rating it would be higher. But the fact I have scratches on my concrete and had to clean-up after the servicemen, I do not think I will ever call Bud's again. more
