Outstanding 12/18/2016

Bud's came to install a replacement bathtub and surround in my old bathroom as part of a remodeling. The two plumbers went above and beyond, inspecting both the tub and the surround for cracks. They found some hairline cracks in the tub, so while they worked on the drain, I went to get a replacement. Needless to say, they were there when I got back--they could easily have left an went to another job. The work was first rate, and they answered any an all questions I had. When I paid them, I paid in cash, and I accidentally overpaid them by $100. They called the next day, and I had an over payment check within two days. Able to explain all their products and how to care for them. No pressure, just options. 12/8/2016

Repaired our older water heater and gave us options and prices if fix did not last. Also offered that money we paid for repair would be taken off purchase of new water heater if fix lasted less than 30 days. We had to take advantage of that offer and purchase new water heater. Rep from Bud's gave us instructions on how to clean water heater to add to longevity of our new water heater. Very good experience! We would recommend Bud's Plumbing to anyone that requested a recommendation for a plumbing service. more

Prompt & Efficient 11/30/2016

Had to have kitchen sink drain unclogged the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I'd called answering service late Tuesday night and they took info and said I'd get called in the morning Bud's called at 7:53AM and let me know they would get me on the schedule and notify me when next plumber was available.
