Eric was my repairman and he was manner able and knowledgable about my problem he was courteous very professional but also kind to a older person who had just gotten out of the hospital Eric is a assest to Buds his attitude was great I also there was another guy that came near the end of the job he was okay(but not someone I would ask for) but I would request ERIC every time and will tell everyone about this person that works for BUDS PLUBMING
