Outstanding! 6/15/2016

Service was on time, fast and reasonably priced. My plumbing was repaired and "improved" in less than an hour. The service representative was courteous and extremely helpful. I will definitely use butts plumbing again. more

GOOD WORK. A LITTLE PRICEY 6/15/2016

$650 SEEMED A LITTLE HIGH FOR LESS THAN 2 HOURS WORK AND PROBABLY LESS THAN $25 IN MATERIAL COSTS, BUT THE PLUMBER WAS VERY COURTEOUS, PLEASANT AND VERY NICE more

This is the third job that Charles has done for me. He is so reliable and dependable. He is very courteous and honest. All his work has performed well and has been done very professionally. His work speaks well for Bud's Plumbing. I admire a company which employs such a dependable individual. more

Akwatts reliable 6/11/2016

We have used Bud's pluming on several occasions in the last 8 years. They are quick and reliable. Recently we thought that we had a big problem but when the technician got to our house he analyzed the problem and had it fixed in a few minutes. We were charged the basic fee and used our $25 coupon. Very happy. I have told several people about Bud's and I know that I have not given them bad advice. Thank you again Bud's Plumbing. more

terrible service 6/11/2016

I have used Buds Plumbing faithfully for many years & the service I received this last time was terrible. The job was started and not finished. I explained to the worker what problem I was having & was quoted a specific price. In return the job was not finished and I still had to pay for the job. I than called another plumbing company who got the job done in less than an hour & quoted me a cheaper price. I will not be using Buds Plumbing again. Overall service was good they where very good on coming out and letting me know what the issues was. overall prices i am not sure about i think i spent way too much money on what i needed done and from what i understand i should not have had to spend that much so i would shop around before you do anything. total time it took them to do the work and stuff it was very quick and i not had an issues since the work has been done so i am pleased with that. more

Way to high. 6/11/2016

Extremely to high for service rendered. Just installed a new water line for ice maker on fridge. Cost me almost $600 for one hour of work!!!! WOW!!!! They're wonderful and take good care of their customers 6/10/2016

I highly recommend Kevin from Bud's Plumbing Service. He's an amazing tech and we've had him come to our home several times for all of our plumbing needs. Kevin is knowledgeable, caring, and works his tail off every time. He installed new drain pipes under the house and he did an amazing job. He also installed a toilet for me and it didn't work, so he went back to their shop and got a brand new one and that one was cracked, so he had to go back. He didn't give up and luckily the third one worked fine and it's been working fine ever since. Kevin and his crew always go out of their way to make sure everything is working properly before they leave. Kevin knows what he's doing and really cares about his job. He's the best technician and a great person, I highly recommend Kevin and Bud's Plumbing Service! more

Bud's Plumbing Service is very good. They put in a new water heater for us and gave us excellent advice on what to choose. As far as the work goes, they installed the system correctly aid a very good job. more

Couldn't have asked for better service! 6/10/2016

Bud's Plumbing Service came out to hook up the ice maker and it turned into a fiasco that didn't have anything to do with the technician. The ice maker's location was inconvenient to the layout of the foundation. But he was calm, cool, and collected through the whole thing--as nice as can be! I will always call back to Bud's Plumbing Service for plumbing service--they're my go-to. more
