First off, Joe I?m sorry for the VERY late review.\r

I came to Joe after visiting every other store in the area. They were all basically the same, pick a ring and have the diamond set. Some of the people were nice and knowledgeable, some were complete jerks, but they all felt like buying a car or gym membership. I wanted a custom ring that had parts of other rings and not be like anyone else?s ring. With Joe it felt like he was High School buddy that was taking care of me. You will NOT find better service.\r

I was given my grandmother?s diamond ring from my step mother and father. I brought in the diamond and some photos of what I wanted. Joe took the time to show me several options and I left with some ideas.\r
