Joe took an image of a ring my girlfriend found from a major retailer and was able to design a custom setting that was perfect. The final price was at least 50% cheaper than what it would have cost at the mall stores. When advising me on the center stone, Joe directed me to the appropriate carat size and quality, actually choosing a less expensive stone than I originally wanted.\r \r Since receiving the ring, my now fiance constantly gets complimented on it. We credit this to the setting design and the quality of all the diamonds used. There is no doubt that we'll be back when it comes time to get wedding bands. more

You will not be disappointed!! Bucci's is the ONLY place to shop for jewelry & to go for repairs. Joe & Dawn are not only the BEST in the business but they're the nicest people you will ever meet. They can make ANYTHING happen! I walk in with an idea & soon after I have a stunning new piece of jewelry. Trust me, I have been to MANY other local jewelers over the years & they are just not in the same league as Joe Bucci! I would never go anywhere else & you shouldn't either! :) more

I found Bucci's via a google search for jewelers, as I was looking for someone who could make a custom wedding band to match my vintage engagement ring. Joe did an amazing job. He was able to produce exactly what I wanted, and at a very reasonable price. Customer service is clearly a high priority. I would highly recommend them. more

I went to Joe Bucci to have a diamond ring made into a necklace and he did a spectacular job. I had the necklace made as a wedding present for my fiancé. Joe worked with me within my budget and made an absolutely stunning necklace that my fiance with love for years. Re-setting Engagement Ring 3/23/2013

After visiting several jewelers trying to find the prefect setting for my wife's original engagement stone, She finally went online and found Joe Bucci. What a great experience! She gave Joe a suggestion as to what she thought she wanted, and he came up with the perfect design.\r \r We just picked up her newly redone engagement ring and new matching wedding band. It is fabulous! Joe designed a setting that allowed the rings to fit together beautifully, and she could not be more pleased. We were also able to get both rings done for the cost of one ring from the jewelers we had visited. Joe and his staff were extremely friendly and the process was a pleasure. I highly recommend Joe for custom ring design, the highest quality stones, the best prices and truly great service with prompt, quick delivery. more

I have known Joe Bucci, owner of Bucci Jewlers for almost 4 decades and I must say that I was not surprised by the professional courteous service I received, however, I was in awe when he educated me on a detailed explaination of what makes a diamond valuable and how I can pick one for my fiancee that may not be too expensive yet it will possess the qualities of a precious jewel.From that point on, he helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He and my fiance met several times and he spent over an hour showing her all types of rings and diamonds until they decided to customize it to her exact needs and when I tell you it was perfect, I am not exaggerating. My fiancee is the super picky type and when Mr. Bucci said he knew what she wanted as she described verbally what she liked with only a slight visual comparison... the mold was ready and it was in my hands at a very reasonable price but most satisfying was the look on my Fiancee's face when she saw it when I proposed. It was so pretty it made me cry.The customer service I received from his staff was also amazing. Dawn was so friendly and his wife extended warm wishes for our happiness as well. I highly reccomend Bucci's Jewelers to anyone who wants an experience that will become personal to a point where you leave with the confidence and assurance that everything will turn out just right...And it will...Perfect. My fiancee went to Bucci's for my engagement ring and Joe Bucci and his staff helped him pick out the most perfect ring. I am obsessed with it..it's custom design and so sparkly..it literally blew me away. It was 2 1/2 sizes too big because my fiancee had no clue as to my finger size, so I took it back to Bucci's to get a new ring..and Joe didnt even charge us. Bucci will not disappoint. From start to finish Joe and his team were amazing – I absolutely love my engagement ring! With knowing exactly what I wanted in mind, the thought of trying to articulate that to someone seemed daunting but Joe made it a breeze. Even if Bucci Jeweler’s had not already come so highly recommended by several friends who have worked with Joe, his constant “whatever you want” attitude and service throughout the process of designing our ring and then delivering it would have stood on their own. So for those couples who are working together on picking out a ring, Joe took my thoughts (while working completely within my fiancé’s budget) and literally turned them into the most beautiful ring I could have asked for. Obviously, this being a huge investment for my fiancé – Joe made him feel completely comfortable while never making me feel like I couldn’t have the exact ring I dreamed of – in short, he nailed it. From our first meeting and discussions, to the quick turnaround of designs and then to the follow up (not only on the designs but on how the proposal went!) you couldn’t ask for a better experience. I was referred to Joe by a friend of mine from school. My fiancee knew what she wanted in an engagement ring but we live 500 miles from Joe's store. That never bothered him. He said that I could email him some pictures and he would show me some samples of what he could do. The samples we received of ring settings were very nice. Joe also helped me purchase just the type of stone we wanted. When the finish product arrived in the mail and I opened it I was shocked at how beautiful it was. My fiancee was shocked too. When I opened the box to show it to her, at a dance, she took the box and ran out into a hallway with more light to look at it. I still have never put the ring on her finger. A ring from Joe will be one that you will be proud to show to anyone. The ring I got, for what I spent, was extraordinary. We highly recommend Bucci Jewelers when looking for jewelry. Joe will take the time to work with you to get just the piece you want. Joe and the people there are very nice and easy to work with. My fiancee and I had a very pleasant experience. more

Bucci Jewelers was unbelievable. I didn’t know much about buying jewelry, let alone diamonds, and Joe walked me though the whole process. Joe took the time to explain what to look for in a good diamond and what to watch out for so I didn’t get swindled by anyone else. After taking the time to show me the ins and outs of buying a quality diamond, Joe worked with me on the best ring possible for the amount of money I was able to spend. Even when Joe was busy or unable to talk (which was very rare) the other employees were extremely helpful and the engagement ring turned out better than I could have imagined. I have already recommended Bucci Jewelers to most of my friends and will continue to do so. more

A Perfect Experience 2/22/2013

Simply put - the best experience I could have asked for when shopping for an engagement ring.\r \r Working with Joe and his team was as positive and stress free as I could have asked for. I was looking for an emerald and Joe got me a few stones to choose from immediately. Once I made my stone and setting selection, Joe was able to expedite the completion of the ring for me, despite being the week before Valentine's Day. There was constant communication, Joe even kept me up to date while he was dealing with a family emergency. I was also able to pick up the ring a day early because Joe wanted to make sure I got there before the snow storm came through.\r \r The ring is gorgeous and I can't count the amount of complements already received. Joe and his team are as good as it gets, I already have a referral in the door. I plan on making many more and we will certainly be back for our wedding bands! Thanks Joe and crew! more

Joe helped me design the absolute BEST engagement ring traveling from Boston, MA. I would have traveled further for this service. Joe will always be my only stop for all jewelry as well as a handful of friends, family and others who can't stop asking my fiance where the ring is from. There is a clear difference in Joe's quality, hands down, and it can be noticed in any room without even trying.\r \r The whole experience start to finish was great. Joe explained everything and was very upfront and honest. He is definitely not in it to be a salesman, but he is a true artist with knowledge like no other. His laid back and easy going personality made for such a great experience. He went out of his way to find me the best diamond, update me throughout the process, and made sure to help make the proposal that best that it could possibly be. Joe Bucci is the best hands down. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about his diamonds and very easy to work with in creating the best engagement ring for my fiancé for my budget. He had so many to choose from on his web site it made it very easy for my fiancé to pick out the style she wanted. AWESOME!!! 2/6/2013

Joe was AWESOME!!!! I had an idea of what I wanted and what I wanted to spend. First, Joe gave us a quick lesson on diamonds. He told us what to look for and what we didn't want. Once we had an idea of what we wanted Joe got us several diamonds to evaluate. Once I selected a diamond I wanted a custom setting made. He got it done in a few day right before Christmas which was amazing! He was honest, fair and applied no pressure at all! The whole experience was AWESOME!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else! I would drive across three states for Bucci Jewelers! 2/5/2013

My fiancé and I had checked out many places looking for a halo pendant, and a 5 diamond wedding band. We went to jewelers row and many of the local places near our home in Cherry Hill, NJ. My fiancé being an huge online shopper decided to do some online research, and came across a highly rated place name Bucci Jewelers in Conshohocken, PA. Now being a skeptic I said it was ridiculous to go all the way out to PA to a local jewelry store just because it received all kind of positive reviews online. I told her that anyone with free time on their hands could write their own reviews and make their place look great. Well people, I WAS WRONG!!!!! \r \r Joe Bucci's place was well worth the drive. Every single online review was spot on. Most of the places we went to seemed liked they used the tactics of a used car dealership.
