I didn't know anything about diamonds but I was able to provide him a general description of the ring and of what my fiance likes (simple, fierey, princess cut, side stones, etc.). He was able to create a ring that was (i) honestly the most beautiful ring I've ever seen and (ii) was a perfect fit for my fiance's personality.
