Bucci will not disappoint. From start to finish Joe and his team were amazing – I absolutely love my engagement ring! With knowing exactly what I wanted in mind, the thought of trying to articulate that to someone seemed daunting but Joe made it a breeze. Even if Bucci Jeweler’s had not already come so highly recommended by several friends who have worked with Joe, his constant “whatever you want” attitude and service throughout the process of designing our ring and then delivering it would have stood on their own. So for those couples who are working together on picking out a ring, Joe took my thoughts (while working completely within my fiancé’s budget) and literally turned them into the most beautiful ring I could have asked for. Obviously, this being a huge investment for my fiancé – Joe made him feel completely comfortable while never making me feel like I couldn’t have the exact ring I dreamed of – in short, he nailed it. From our first meeting and discussions, to the quick turnaround of designs and then to the follow up (not only on the designs but on how the proposal went!) you couldn’t ask for a better experience.
