Working with Joe and his team was as positive and stress free as I could have asked for. I was looking for an emerald and Joe got me a few stones to choose from immediately. Once I made my stone and setting selection, Joe was able to expedite the completion of the ring for me, despite being the week before Valentine's Day. There was constant communication, Joe even kept me up to date while he was dealing with a family emergency. I was also able to pick up the ring a day early because Joe wanted to make sure I got there before the snow storm came through.\r

The ring is gorgeous and I can't count the amount of complements already received. Joe and his team are as good as it gets, I already have a referral in the door. I plan on making many more and we will certainly be back for our wedding bands! Thanks Joe and crew!
