I've never met a service representative as professional, personable and caring as Ronaldo. He truly does his job very thoroughly, keeping the home owner involved and explaining everything he's doing and why it's being done. He explains what is good with your system, what may need attention and what may need replacing and why. If there are costs involved, he explains why, and gives you enough information that you can make an intellegent decision as to when or if you should spend the money. A very pleasant experience. (I've already told others how impressed I've been with Bruno.)
