Been working with a local A/C company for 30 years. Phoning them for the service call and after explaining the outside popping breaker problem I was informed that the compressor unit was bad and I now needed to replace the entire unit; (a $4,400 expense). The technicians, (two of them), did not even open up the outside unit.
Granted, after receiving their e-mail bid last Friday something just didn't feel right. So, I called Bruno this morning, (Monday), and by 1:30 my wife and I where chilling inside our home office. The unit was repaired and running for a total cost of $977.50. For real! Mankind! That was a $3,400.00 savings phone call!
Brother Luis, You company and most importantly, Technician Chris, walk the talk! Today I heard your commercial of servicing over 100,000 customers. Well, now consider us your 100,001 customer. Love ya Man!
